Special Instructions: Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1420 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. Doors: Remove and replace the thresholds on all three entry doors with ADA thresholds, install new weather stripping on each door, repair any damage done to the doors or trim do to replacing the thresholds.
Flooring: Clean the glue from the concrete under each piece of the floor covering that needs reglued, then reinstall the existing floor covering.
Special Equipment: Install a metal ADA ramp on the front walk where the sidewalk has settled where that it meets the front porch. (Approx. 4' wide and 2" tall) Install a metal ADA ramp on the back door from brick down to the porch (Approx. 3' wide and 3 1/2" tall)
Special Instructions: All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
