Doors: Remove and replace the thresholds on all three entry doors with ADA thresholds, install new weather stripping on each door, repair any damage done to the doors or trim do to replacing the thresholds.
Flooring: Clean the glue from the concrete under each piece of the floor covering that needs reglued, then reinstall the existing floor covering.
Special Equipment: Install a metal ADA ramp on the front walk where the sidewalk has settled where that it meets the front porch. (Approx. 4' wide and 2" tall) Install a metal ADA ramp on the back door from brick down to the porch (Approx. 3' wide and 3 1/2" tall)
