COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION

THE INCUMBENT CONTRACT WAS AWARDED TO ECO-FRIENDLY CLEANING SPECIALIST LLC FOR AN AGGREGATE TOTAL APPROVED AT $60,206.58 FOR FIVE (5) YEARS. THE STATEMENT OF WORK WITHIN THIS SOLICITATION MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED FROM THE INCUMBENT CONTRACT; THEREFORE, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT QUOTERS THOROUGHLY REVIEW THE STATEMENT OF WORK IN THIS SOLICITATION AND MAKE A SITE VISIT.

Non-personal janitorial services at the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in Cheyenne, WY.

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 1305M326Q0318 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the provision of janitorial services.

The Government intends to award a low price, technically acceptable, single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 561720. The small business size standard is $22.0M.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

CLIN 0001 – Services, non-personal, to provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials and equipment (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary to provide janitorial services at the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in Cheyenne, WY, in accordance with the Statement of Work.

(iii) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions.

THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WAGE DETERMINATION 2015-5405 REVISION 28 DATED 05/13/2026 WILL BE INCORPORATED AND MAY BE VIEWED AT WWW.SAM.GOV (ATTACHMENT 2)

SEE THE ATTACHED SF 18 WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL QUOTERS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
