THE INCUMBENT CONTRACT WAS AWARDED TO ECO-FRIENDLY CLEANING SPECIALIST LLC FOR AN AGGREGATE TOTAL OF $57,344.40 FOR FIVE (5) YEARS. THE STATEMENT OF WORK WITHIN THIS SOLICITATION MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED FROM THE INCUMBENT CONTRACT; THEREFORE, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT QUOTERS THOROUGHLY REVIEW THE STATEMENT OF WORK IN THIS SOLICITATION AND MAKE A SITE VISIT.

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1305M326Q0322 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the provision of janitorial services.
The Government intends to award a low price, technically acceptable, single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 561720. The small business size standard is $22.0M.
This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

CLIN 0001 – Services, non-personal, to provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials and equipment (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary to provide janitorial services at the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in W. Paducah, KY, in accordance with the Statement of Work.
