LFRFP 260018, Roadway Materials Laboratory Testing Services (South) The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways (Ministry) requires the services of one Consultant to provide the following roadway materials testing services: Check testing and laboratory services related to asphalt mix, granular aggregate, soil, and salt materials. Asphalt concrete mix design and testing services for Ministry surfacing projects. Preparation of asphalt concrete correlation samples and performance of appeals testing for End Product Specification (EPS) asphalt concrete projects. Training of Ministry staff to perform various asphalt mix and aggregates tests. Additional requirements: This laboratory location will be used by the Ministry as the destination point for the shipping and delivery of all materials samples, where proximity or equivalent logistical arrangements are necessary to minimize delays and support timely testing outcomes.
