ceiling has missing tiles, and broken suspended ceiling structure, overhead tiles that are installed have large amounts of mold. Hot water heater operation is leaks, in space electrical heater is non-operational. Stall doors do not latch. Install new suspended ceiling, install new wall board where needed, repair holes in walls, fixtures, water heater, flooring and cove base, space heater, toilet partitions, a/c vents, vanity and flooring. Paint walls and exterior doors. Request for male restroom refresh / remodel to support facility customers / employees. SDA 205 Bay 5 Female head one of two sink has only cold water. Overhead ceiling has missing tiles, and broken suspended ceiling structure, space electrical heater is non-operational. Install new suspended ceiling, install new wall board where needed, repair holes in walls, fixtures, flooring and cove base, space heater, toilet partitions, a/c vents, vanity and flooring. Paint walls and exterior doors. Request for female restroom refresh / remodel to support facility customers / employees. Bathrooms have degraded over time with flooring becoming a trip hazard. The overall condition of the bathrooms are bad and a refresh is needed to support customers and employees morale, safety and welfare.
