Full Description

Building 416 is a 360 degree shoot house for conducting live fire instruction. The current roof is plywood covered with plastic/ vinyl. The wood is rotting in sections due to water damage, the plastic/ vinyl covering is torn and dry rotting in several sections. The ventilation consists of ceiling fans that do not meet the occupational health standard for removing smoke and lead dusting caused by live fire. Requesting a new higher roof be erected with a center walkway for safety observation, four high power ventilation fans, and overall new materials throughout.
