B2855 roof is 15 years old and a good candidate FOR RE-SEALING. B2855 Roof is leaking onto equipment, personnel and computer's, The Roof, ceiling tiles and walls are in constant repair. Routine Work orders are going COMP OS, we also done project levels After repairing 1 location, it has leaked in 3 locations FY23 repair 1 location and roof starts leaking in new location. Once a IBONS project, CNIC inherited this facility. MISSION IMPACT: Roof leaks are destroying property and equipment within the facility. Disrupting the mission within the SCIF and repairs exceed project level as work orders go COMP OS.
