Full Description

Scope of this project is to: 1] Replace the entire metal roof panels, ridge caps, wooden walling, stainless rain gutter & PVC downspots, floor vinyl tiles, wooden flooring, install roof anchorage, and painting works, 2] Replace 1-each 4-tons Package A/C unit complete with spring vibration isolators and condensate drain lines, programmable thermostat, temperature sensors and all ship loose components, 3] Install 80-ea evacuated tube solar collectors with required accessories. Task include installation of tube terminals, system sensor and hot water tank heating element with back up tankless heating system. 4] Install 1-ea lead free backflow preventer (DCVA), size 4-inch dia. along the fire line.
