Full Description

Scope of work: 1. Remove approximately 1500+ Photovoltaic panels (in sections). 2. Remove mounting brackets for PV panels. 3. Remove old deteriorated roof (in sections). 4. Some equipment in the bay is non-relocatable; Provide means of protection from the elements while roof is open. 5. Inspect structure frame and repair as needed. 6. Inspect downspouts and repair as needed. 7. Install new roofing material. 8. Re-install 1500+ PV panels. Asset-BA00005155422-Roof Structure/Asset-BA0000515429-Roof Covering.
