Meade, MD 20755 Notice of Intent Notice # HQ0516710294 In accordance with FAR13.106-1(b)(1), The Defense Media Activity in Fort Meade, Maryland intends to award a sole source purchase order as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Smart Building Technologies. The contractor shall provide the repair of our DISTECH/Lonworks HVAC controls computer system and components, including all troubleshooting and repairs needed on all system equipment and components necessary to get the computer back on line and ensure long term stability, accessibility, programming and monitoring of the system. The vendor must be a DISTECH authorized service provider. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811212 and the size standard is $27.5M. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses shall be emailed to the Government point of contact below. Responses should include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet Number and Tax Identification Number. Firms should identify business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS 811212. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 2:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, June 23rd, 2017. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
