The USACE - Louisville District intends to award a sole source out-of-scope contract modification to Korte-River City JV under Contract Number W912QR-22-C-0002 for the construction of a new Command Suite compliant with secure space ICD 705 requirements within Building 1600 at Scott AFB, IL. This work is considered out-of-scope because it involves additional work that was not originally scoped in the base contract.

This out-of-scope modification will be issued on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not considered a request for quotations or competitive proposals. This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to proceed with a sole source modification to Korte-River City JV under Contract W912QR-22-C-0002. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the direction of the Government.
