The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Pacific Region Office, plans to award a non-competitive, firm-fixed-price contract totaling $30,295.02 for the provision, installation, and supply of office furniture to the BIA/PRO/Palm Springs Agency in California. The contract will be sourced exclusively from Indiana Furniture through Goodmans Interior Structures under a General Services Administration contract, ensuring that all furniture components are consistent and interchangeable to support future office layout adjustments. This sole source procurement is justified on the basis that only one responsible supplier can meet the specific requirements due to the need for maintaining compatibility and avoiding substantial government costs or delays, consistent with federal acquisition regulations. This notice serves only to inform interested parties and is not a solicitation for competitive quotes or expressions of interest; no contract will be awarded based on unsolicited submissions. However, entities interested in challenging the sole source determination may submit written capability statements including pricing and technical information by a specified date. The government will independently evaluate all submissions to determine whether there is a suitable alternative source, but the final decision to proceed without competition rests solely with the agency. All communications and submissions must be made in writing via email, with no phone inquiries accepted, and no reimbursement will be provided for costs associated with preparing such information.
