This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) intends to award a sole source purchase order with a base and four one-year options to The State Historical Society of Colorado. NRCS requires access to the History Colorado/Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation online database of previously recorded cultural resources and inventories (COMPASS), access to State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) ArcGIS data, yearly archaeology permits to access State Lands, and services including file search requests. Product Descriptions: ArcGIS Data Share COMPASS Archaeology Permit File Reproduction Requests The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) 13.5, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) for this acquisition is 518210 Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes, however, if any other interested party believes that it can provide the required products, it may submit a statement of capabilities.
