The USDA Forest Service Procurement & Property Services is planning to award a competitive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order under the Land Management Integrated Resources BPA (LMIR) to secure services for regeneration stocking exam field data collection. This work will focus on planted and naturally regenerating fire-burned areas within the North Zone of the Umpqua National Forest, specifically the Diamond Lake and North Umpqua Ranger Districts in Oregon. The LMIR BPA, a national agreement available to multiple federal agencies, covers a wide range of services including professional and natural resources restoration, engineering, project management, and NEPA compliance. The award will be conducted competitively among 100 pre-approved small businesses eligible under the LMIR BPA. This procurement follows USDA’s simplified acquisition protocols and is a total small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 115310, targeting forestry-related services. The BPA Call Order will be issued and managed electronically, and while this notice does not request proposals, interested contractors already on the LMIR BPA or those wishing to join may submit proposals continuously through SAM.gov. The work location is in Glide, Oregon, and the point of contact for this procurement includes Jennifer Olson and Anthony Salas from the Umpqua National Forest. The BPA remains open for additions through ongoing submissions, ensuring continual access for qualified contractors over its duration.
