Notice of Intent to Award a BPA Call Order against The Land Management Integrated Resources BPA (LMIR) George Washington & Jefferson National Forest

The USDA Forest Service intends to award a BPA Call Order against the Land Management Integrated Resources BPA (LMIR) for work related to the Paddy Mountain Resiliency and Restoration Project within the George Washington and Jefferson National Forests. This procurement is restricted to the 17 pre-approved contractors currently on the LMIR BPA, which is a nationwide multiple-award contract available to all federal agencies for services including natural resources restoration, engineering, project management, and NEPA support. The call order is not a solicitation open to the public but will be issued directly via email to eligible BPA holders, with all updates and changes also communicated through that channel. The requirement is set aside entirely for small businesses under NAICS code 541620, and responses must be submitted by the deadline of July 28, 2026. An amendment to the original request for quotation, numbered 0001, has been issued, updating key components of the project including new maps, a revised Statement of Work, an updated wage determination, and an added deliverables table. All quoted responses must reflect these changes and acknowledge receipt of the amendment, while all other terms and conditions remain in force.
