Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source procurement to the National Institute of Building Sciences for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District ProjNet (Bidder Inquiry) Subscription.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District, Contracting Branch, intends to issue a commercial supply purchase order pursuant to the authority of RFO FAR 6.1 on a sole source basis to National Institute of Building Sciences. This procurement is for a ProjNet (Bidder Inquiry) Subscription for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District.
The proposed action will be a Commercial Firm Fixed-Price Supply type contract.
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 513210 with a Small Business size standard of $47,000,000 dollars.
