Full Description

The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) intends to award a sole source contract for a FA51 Intermediate Qualification Course (Leadership), conducted at the University of Texas- Austins (UT Austin) Institute for Advanced Technology (IAT) and co-located with the Army War College Fellows. The contractor shall develop course materials and provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, lodging, and other items and non-personal services necessary. The Leadership Course includes: 4- weeks in length (20 training days) and up to three weekend days for the student reporting and transportation. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performace of 20 January 2009- 2 Oct 2009 . The NAICS code is 611310 and size standard is $7.0 million. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
