Notice of Intent to Award on Sole Source Basis In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton - RCO intends to award a sole source contract to PSC Technology Inc, 498 S Independence Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23452 on February 27, 2009 in an amount not greater than $100,000.00 for the following service: 0001 - Integrated Supply Inventory System (ISIS) Quarterly Specialized Software Training; Period of Performance: 01 March 2009 - 28 February 2010 Justification: The Integrated Supply Inventory System (ISIS)has been specifically designed to interface and provide additional capabilities of existing Marine Corps Supply Inventory Systems (SASSY and STRATIS). The ISIS was designed and engineered by PSC Technology, which is also the sole source of all future updates/upgrades to the system itself. Based on the software being proprietary to PSC Technology, no other source is available for sustainment training of this specific system software.
