Sole Source – Enhanced Yard Management Solicitation Number: M67004-12-A-0004 Synopsis: NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. The Government hereby gives its notice of intent to award two orders in an amount not to exceed $650,000.00 against Blanket Purchase Agreement M67004-11-A-0004 with CDO Technologies for continued Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) requirements that are part of a project called Enhanced Yard Management. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, it has been determined that only CDO Technologies, 5200 Spring Street, Suite 320, Dayton, Ohio 45431 is capable of completing this OEF requirement since this is a continuation of existing work they previously provided in Fiscal Year 2012 and can only be completed by CDO without incurring substantial duplication of costs and/or delays. An approved Justification and Approval utilizing the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) is on file in the contracting office. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Interested persons may identify their interest and capacity by responding to the requirements specific to this requirement. Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
