--Notice of Intent to Increase GENESIS II Ceiling

Notice of intent to increase the ceiling amount from $198 M to $272 M for contract DASC01-03-C-0003. Notice is being issued in accordance with FAR 5.201(b)(1)(ii). CACI, Inc-Federal is currently performing work under this contract titled GENESIS II. The contract provides for a comprehensive engineering and logistical mission support services program. This contract provides support for complex, classified, compartmented, unique, ground-based and airborne reconnaissance and electronic intelligence coll ection and production systems. Also included under this support are their prime movers and carriers, tactical environmental control units, and tactical power generation systems. The support services under this contract include program management, adminis trative, engineering, technical, logistical, environmental, and custodial support. Other requirements of this contract include technical support and analysis of technology demonstrations and fielded systems, facilities and facilities infrastructure and ass ociated support equipment in accordance with Chapter 5, US Army Regulation 750-1, Army Material Maintenance Concepts and Policies. The current contract establishes a maximum of $198 M. This action will increase the maximum by $74 M to $272 M to allow for t he resolicitation process for a full and open competition and provide an orderly transition to a follow-on contract.
