Full Description

Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSCPAC) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed-price contract on a noncompetitive basis with CORE Services Group, Inc., 1081 19th St, Virginia Beach, VA 23451-5600, for readiness system engineering and technical contract management support. This effort will require contractor personnel who possess the intimate knowledge of readiness programs including: 1) Defense Readiness Reporting System Strategic (DRRS-S), managed by the Office of the Secretary of Defense Personnel and Readiness (OSD P&R); and 2) the Defense Readiness Reporting system Navy (DRRS-N) Family of Systems (FoS) within the Navy Readiness Reporting Enterprise (NRRE) managed by the United States Fleet Forces (USFF) Command. Because of employee experience supporting this FoS, CORE Services Group, Inc. is the only firm currently possessing the capability to provide these engineering support services. Based on the aforementioned facts, only one source is reasonably available in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals; however, any firm believing that they can fulfill the requirement of providing these services may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided.
