In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single-source procedures.


The FAA intends to award a single-source contract to Newton Design, LLC. Catoosa, Oklahoma which is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)..This procurement is for Annual Maintenance & Engineering Support for Aircraft Cabin Research & Safety Management Facility (ACRF) Flexible Aircraft Cabin Simulator (FLEXSIM) at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC). The procurement will have a base period of performance with four one year options.
