Notice of Intent for Sole Source The U.S. Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Fort Carson Health Contracting Cell, intends to issue a sole source award to Omnicell, Inc., a large business, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501 (a)(1)(iii) to purchase 3-Cell Automated Medical Dispensing Cabinet and 24- Bin Double Deep Drawer for the Omnicell systems located at William Beaumont Medical Center and outlying clinics, El Paso, Texas. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 423450, and size standard 200 employees. This contract will be a one-time purchase and delivery on/or about 12 May 2018.. This notice is not a request for proposal.
