This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the Contracting Officer listed below by the closing date of this notice. Only emailed responses will be considered. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
