This is an Intent to Sole Source. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, of quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information regarding this requirement.  MICC-Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, on behalf of the U.S. Army Human Resources intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award to TYLER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. 12801 Worldgate Drive, Suite 600 Herndon, VA 20170, from 13 October 2026 through 12 October 2027 to provide iPERMS CSI Intellidact Software licenses and maintenance support for the U.S. Human Resources Command.


This sole source award to TYLER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the RFO Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)12.102(a) – soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deem only one source reasonably available.


This is not a request for competitive offers, quotes, or capability statements.  No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This notice complies with IAW FAR 12.301(a), no posting of this justification document is required.
