Defense Health Agency hereby publicizes its intention to award a commercial, firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis with Nanosonics, Inc. The requirement is for annual preventive maintenance service of (4) NanoCare Pro Trophon2 devices (serial numbers 142282-018, 313148-001, 142282-080, and 142282-081) on behalf of the Naval Hospital, Guam. The applicable NAICS Code is 811210, the PSC is J065, and the business size standard is $34 Million.


A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. But all responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Responses must be submitted electronically via email.
