The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate for the acquisition of photocell concealment on a sole source basis with:

In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that believe they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted within 14 days after award.


The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commerce. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334310. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation, and a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. 


Closing date for submitting a capability statement is 6/30/2026 at 11:59 PM EST. All submissions should be submitted electronically to Anastasia.H.Fenald@dea.gov.
