The contract includes comprehensive maintenance and repair services performed on-site in Bethesda, Maryland, by Peak-certified technicians. The service package covers one or two annual preventative maintenance visits depending on the generator model and includes all labor, parts, travel, component retrofits, software upgrades, and compressor repair or replacement as needed. A guaranteed response time of 48 hours for domestic breakdowns and 72 hours for international calls ensures prompt priority service, with no unexpected additional costs to the government.
