The applicable NAICS code is 513210, covering Software Publishers, with a size standard of $47 million. Although this is a sole source action, other interested parties who can demonstrate they meet the requirement are invited to submit written capability statements by May 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. MDT. Responses will help determine if competitive procedures could be used; if not, the award is expected by June 2026. Inquiries and responses are to be directed via email to Clifford Nicholson at NIST.
