Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Radiopharmaceuticals for Portsmouth, VA, Camp Lejeune, NC, and Jacksonville, FL

The Government intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to Cardinal Health 414, LLC for the supply of radiopharmaceuticals to support nuclear medicine services at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, and Naval Hospital Jacksonville. This action, authorized under Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Part 13.500, has an estimated total value of $4,337,998.85 over a five-year period consisting of a base year from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and four one-year option periods extending through September 30, 2031. The determination for sole-source procurement is based on the assertion that Cardinal Health 414, LLC is the only source capable of providing all required radiopharmaceuticals to meet the operational needs of these three medical treatment facilities.
