The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Agilent Technologies, Inc. of Wilmington, Delaware, pursuant to FAR 12.102. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: Item 0001:Helium Leak Detector, mobile MD30 configuration, 30m3/hr dry scroll pump Manufacturer: Agilent Technologies Inc. P/N: G8611B QTY: 1 Item 0002: Power Probe Sniffer w/10ft Hose + KF-25 Manufacturer: Agilent Technologies Inc. P/N: K9565306 QTY:1 Based on an approved Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement (JNCP), the agency has identified only one responsible source, and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements. A redacted JNCP is attached to this Notice of Intent. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice, and must clearly demonstrate the firms capability to meet the Governments minimum technical and delivery requirements without unacceptable risk to quality, performance, or schedule. Capability statements, comments, or questions regarding this notice shall be submitted via e-mail. The point of contact for this announcement is Kylie Nevells at kylie.m.nevells.civ@us.navy.mil. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations.
