Transport Canada (TC) has embraced service and oversight modernization at this critical time when information and services are being accessed at any time and on any device at a constantly accelerating pace. Canadians expect to receive government services using digital tools that are easy to use, accessible and inclusive. Transport Canada’s Service and Digital Group requires specialized contractors in information technology (IT) under task-based informatics professional services (TBIPS) tools as an A.1. Application / Software Architect, A.7. Programmer / Analyst Level 1, 2 and 3, A.11 Tester Level 1 and Level 2, B.1 Business Analyst Level 3, P.5 Project Executive Level 3, P.8 Project Leader Level 1 and 2 to establish the Preclearance Access Program, modernize the Transportation Security Clearance (TSC) Program technology tools supporting the Security Screening Program and the Civil Aviation Oversight and Application Rationalization (CAOAR). Transport Canada is looking to review the current state service designs and develop blueprints for future state designs to improve the safety, security, and efficiency of Canada's transportation system.
