Scope: The San Mateo County Transit District “District”, anticipates releasing a Invitation For Bids (IFB) in March, 2026 for this Project. The scope includes, but is not limited to: Providing inspection and maintenance of the solar-powered navigation lighting system on the Dumbarton Rail Bridge, in the San Francisco Bay, which is just south of the Dumbarton bridge (CA State Hwy 84). The Contract term is for three years, and it is anticipated that the District will award one contract for the Scope of Services. Award will be based on the Best Value. The Engineer’s Estimate for this Services ranges from $300,000 to $350,000.
