The Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (JPB or Agency), anticipates releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) in August/September 2026 for this project.
The JPB seeks proposals from qualified firms with demonstrated experience in environmental compliance, including preparation of environmental documents in accordance with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and with the technical and engineering expertise necessary to support Environmental Planning for the Redwood City 4-Track Station and Grade Separations Project (Project).
The scope includes, but is not limited to: • Project Management and Administration • Finalize Scope of Services • Finalize Project Description and Alternatives • Public Participation/Engagement and Public Meetings • Engineering and Design Services to Support Environmental Work • Prepare Supporting Technical Studies and Reports • Prepare Draft EIS/EIR Documents • Prepare Final EIR and Response to Comments
