Full Description
The U. S. International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to The Financial Times Limited Inc. - Bracken House, 1 Friday Street, London, London EC4M 9BT, United Kingdom, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
This requirement is for the renewal of two (2) seat licenses to The Financial Times Limited's fDi Intelligence database subscription service. The two licenses will provide authorized Commission users with continued access to fDi Intelligence's specialized Foreign Direct Investment (fDi) data, research, analysis, and related intelligence used to support Commission research. There are no other products or services that offer the same or similar subscription services required by the Commission. The anticipated period of performance is from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with up to four one-year option periods. The attached Justification and Approval provides additional detail.
This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
