The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) within the U.S. Department of State (DoS), has a need for Notifiers and Fire Alarm Equipment, for its domestic and overseas facilities.


DoS plans to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for one base year and four subsequent one-year options, at the option of the Government. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The BPA will be made to the responsive Offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and offers the Best Value to the Government, whereas technical considerations are more important than cost. 


The Request for Solicitation and its attached documents will be posted under Solicitation Number, 19AQMM26R0345. No paper copies will be mailed. Proposal submissions (electronically) will be due no later than Noon, EST on August 19, 2026. Questions (Q&A) period opens with this posting of the Solicitation. Questions should be received (electronically) no later than Noon, EST on July 27, 2026.  Responses shall be sent to huntt@state.gov, with the Solicitation Number (19AQMM26R0345) in the Subject Line.  Responses to all submitted questions will be posted as an Amendment in SAM.Gov.
