The USDA, through the NRCS, plans to issue a firm-fixed-price call order under its existing Furniture BPAs to procure office furniture for its Seneca County office located at 320 Nelson Street in Tiffin, Ohio. Only three pre-approved BPA holders—Peabody Office Furniture Corp, MOI, Inc., and Steelcase Inc.—are eligible to respond, as this requirement is restricted to those already holding master agreements. The Government will remove all existing furniture prior to installation, and the selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of delivery, installation, labor, equipment, insurance, permits, and associated services. Coordination of delivery and installation will be handled directly with the assigned Government Technical Representative. This procurement is not open to new vendors and excludes any responses from non-BPA holders. The solicitation number is 12FPC426Q0050, with a response deadline of July 21, 2026, and the NAICS code is 337214. The notice is issued under FAR Part 5 for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or binding obligation by the Government; no costs incurred in preparing a response will be reimbursed. Primary points of contact for inquiries are Hannah Ward and Oksana Strekha, both reachable via USDA email. The place of performance is strictly defined as Tiffin, Ohio, with no flexibility for alternative delivery locations. This call order retains the original set-aside status from the master BPAs and will not be recompeted outside the current pool of qualified vendors.
