The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for registration and attendance of the National Shooting Sports Foundation's (NSSF) SHOT SHOW in Las Vegas, NV. Estimated Period of Performance: Base Year: 06/02/2025 - 06/01/2026 Option Year 1: 06/02/2026 - 06/01/2027 Option Year 2: 06/02/2027 - 06/01/2028 Option Year 3: 06/02/2028 - 06/01/2029 Option Year 4: 06/02/2029 - 06/01/2030 Proposed Contractor: National Shooting Sports Foundation Unique Entity ID: EYFSZG13WKN8 CAGE: 5LX17 This announcement constitutes the only notification of the ATF�s intent to solicit on a sole source basis. A combined synopsis/solicitation will not be posted. All solicitation communication will occur directly with the proposed contractor. This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13�Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12�Acquisition of Commercial Items. It is NOT expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold.
