NSWCPD requests a period of performance of 6 months for this work. This project will provide an A/E design for the repair of the Bldg 633 boiler shop access passage. The outcome of this effort will be a full design package and bid documents suitable for future construction award (basis of design, set of stamped drawings, cost estimate, specifications, calculations, etc). The A/E shall perform site investigations/surveys as appropriate (including but not limited to testing for lead-based paint and asbestos-containing materials), and provide design submissions for Government review at the 50%, 95%, and 100% (Final) stages. The scope of work includes but is not limited to ACM/LBP abatement/remediation, demolition/installation of walls/doors, patch/paint interior walls/floor, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing/lighting repairs as needed.
