Deliverable: Provide DBB package of plans, specifications, basis of design and cost estimate. Requested Schedule: SAES (FY25/Q2) Construction FY27Q1 Priority: IPL Type: DLA-DLA-Energy POL SRM-DWCF PSC: Asset Management Support: (1391, SAR, 1354, etc) Environmental Support: (CATEX, SHPO, etc) REIMB Labor: Requirement: Provide DBB-AE package for Manchester Bldg. 85 repairs. AE evaluation to include observed cracking in foundation wall, cracking and deterioration in brick exterior, observed separation at hose tower, evaluation of exterior windows and doors, exterior building preservation to include sealing and painting and installation of a fire sprinkler system on both floors and integrating the building into the base fire alarm system.
