1. Request Engineering services to provide SOW/GE/DD1391/SAR/NEPA. Complete RFP package and award project FY 22 Q1. RFP packages to be completed by 10 August 2021 or earlier. RFP packages covering the following: Approved DD 1391, Approved SAR, Complete NEPA/ SHPO , and Approved ATA/OTA. 2. DD 1391 shall start 25 April 2021 and must be completed 25 May 2021. SAR should be approved in parallel with DD 1391 with an early completion of 20 May 2021. NEPA/ SHPO need to start as early as April 26, 2021 and must be completed as early as 25 July 2021 3. 35% Design shall be completed earlier that 23 May 2021; 100% Design shall be completed 12 July 2021 and Final Design must be completed 02 Aug 2021. The project is to Replace pumps and motors to include the rehabilitation of the wet well and control systems with SCADA. Upgrade /increase existing discharge line to properly handle the flow rates and to prevent wastewater overflows. Engineering study need to be performed as to what size the wet well, pumps and line diameter needs to be, to properly support the discharge rate of a Carrier (CVN).
