February 19, 2025 NAVFAC EXWC completed a routine waterfront facilities inspection assessment and service to life on Delta/Echo pier. Divers discover advanced deterioration, over-stressing, and breakage on structural component. Requesting design analysis for full pier repair/replacement as the piers have served their 50 year life span based on EXWC’s inspection. Waterfront professional engineer to visit DFSP Guam for assessment create a design analysis for structural repair on Delta/Echo pier.
