Typhoon Mawar_Prepare and Paint Exterior Enclosures @ WWTP

Building - 1794, 1794B, 1795, 1795A, 1798, 1820, & 1821 Repair by Replacing 1. Roof (NEW) to include but not limited to down spouts, gutters, fascia, flashing, and anchor bolts / fasteners. Roof Specifications: - No built-up roof. - Elastomeric Roofing Materials - Anchor bolts, and fasteners must be stainless steel (SS316). 2. Repair and Repaint Exterior Facility to include trim. - Meet Navy Specification (IAW IAP). 3. Exterior Doors, Windows, and Typhoon Shutters to meet Typhoon Requirements and/or with stand 250 mph wind. 4. Repair and replace all exterior flood light fixtures with LED. 5. Repair and replace all exterior light fixtures with LED & Guard for all doors. 6. Repair and replace all access ladder. Materials must be stainless steel (SS316). Building details below: 1. All Single Steel Man Doors. 2. All Double Steel Doors. Building - 1797, 1799, 1800, 1804, 1805, 1806, 1807, 1808, 1808, 1809, 1810,1811, 1812, 1813, 1814, 1815, 1816, 1817, 1818, 1819, 1822, 1823, 1823A, & 1825 Repair by Replacing 1. Repair and Repaint Exterior Facility to included trim (Meet Navy Specification (IAW IAP). 2. Repair and replace all exterior Flood Light fixtures with LED. 3. Repair and replace all exterior Light fixtures with LED and Guard for all doors. NOTE: Any and all accumulated debris and or trash shall be disposed of properly.
