Building - 1794, 1794B, 1795, 1795A, 1798, 1820, & 1821 Repair by Replacing 1. Roof (NEW) to include but not limited to down spouts, gutters, fascia, flashing, and anchor bolts / fasteners. Roof Specifications: - No built-up roof. - Elastomeric Roofing Materials - Anchor bolts, and fasteners must be stainless steel (SS316). 2. Repair and Repaint Exterior Facility to include trim. - Meet Navy Specification (IAW IAP). 3. Exterior Doors, Windows, and Typhoon Shutters to meet Typhoon Requirements and/or with stand 250 mph wind. 4. Repair and replace all exterior flood light fixtures with LED. 5. Repair and replace all exterior light fixtures with LED & Guard for all doors. 6. Repair and replace all access ladder. Materials must be stainless steel (SS316). Building details below: 1. All Single Steel Man Doors. 2. All Double Steel Doors. Building - 1797, 1799, 1800, 1804, 1805, 1806, 1807, 1808, 1808, 1809, 1810,1811, 1812, 1813, 1814, 1815, 1816, 1817, 1818, 1819, 1822, 1823, 1823A, & 1825 Repair by Replacing 1.
