Full Description

This is an ICAP inspection / validation and BUILDER generated deficiencies of the building. The scope of this project is to (1). replace the entire roof and wall panels, ridge cap, cee & zee purlins and girts, roof edge and corner flashings and trims, (2) Replace 1-ea emergency eye wash / shower station complete with all required accessories, (3) Install new addressable Fire alarm control panel complete with remote annunciators & local operating consoles, MNS Audio evacuation panel, peripheral devices, conduits and wires.
