Scope of Work: Provide a wet demolition & REMOVE ALL STRUCTURES at the address indicated above, and as described in the attached photos and general notes provided, including all footings, slabs, etc. (FIELD VERIFY) Disconnect and cap off all utility lines, such as sanitary sewer, water, and gas, in a manner satisfactory to the respective agency and the City of Mobile, Municipal Enforcement Department.
