NX EQ Rapid Cook Oven

The Veterans Health Administration is seeking a single-award, requirements contract for the supply of Rapid Cook Ovens under the NX EQ Rapid Cook Oven program, issued as a Request for Quote with the solicitation number 36C10X26Q0181. This acquisition is exclusively set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses under NAICS code 333310, and the equipment must meet the specification of the TurboChef Bullet™ Rapid Cook Oven or an equal product, utilizing non-traditional heat transfer technologies such as microwave, quartz halogen, or high-velocity impingement convection to achieve faster cooking than conventional methods. The contract includes a 12-month base period with four optional 12-month extensions, and all deliveries are made on a firm-fixed-price basis under delivery orders that specify exact quantities, dates, and destinations across VA medical centers in CONUS and OCONUS. The contract requires vendors to embed a 3.0% Service Level Agreement fee into all pricing, and includes mandatory technical and pricing volumes with a compliance matrix mapping salient characteristics; failure to submit these will disqualify the offer. Equipment must be cULus, CE, UL EPH Classified, ANSI/NSF 4, and TUV certified, accompanied by full operating, installation, and maintenance manuals in hard or electronic format, and delivered FOB destination with all shipments properly labeled to include supplier name, contract and order numbers, itemized lists, quantities, unit prices, and shipment dates. The Government will rely on the contractor's assurances of compliance for acceptance at destination, and liquidated damages of $37.50 per calendar day apply for delays.
