FHSD seeks the services of a community-based organization to provide peer-to-peer support services grounded in lived experience for families served in Oahu County (MUA/P). Peer-to-peer support services focus on relationship-building, engagement, navigation, and practical assistance for families impacted by substance use and child welfare involvement. These services are intended to complement existing treatment, clinical, and case management services by helping families remain connected, informed, and supported as they work toward stabilization and overall family well-being. Services shall be provided within the service area(s) designated in this solicitation. DOH may establish countywide or sub-regional service areas and may issue separate solicitations accordingly. A single vendor may be limited to one designated service area, as specified by DOH.
