Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #140L3726Q0108 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This RFQ is being issued as a total set-aside for small business. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The BLM intends to award a firm fixed-price contract resulting from this RFQ using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection method. In order to be considered technically acceptable, the vendor must demonstrate technical capability and capacity to complete the required work in accordance with the SOW and have satisfactory past performance.
In accordance with FAR Part 12 (RFO), offerors must include the following information with your quote submission:
1. Technical Capability (Ability to meet the specifications in the SOW - no longer than 5 pages).
2. Relevant Experience (2 projects ongoing or completed in the past 5 years)
