Obtain DistillerSR 16 Licenses for Web Service

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention contemplates award of a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Evidence Partners, Inc., 2650 Queensview Dr, Ottawa, ON K2B 8K1, Canada for sixteen licenses of DistillerSR software, a web service that includes a secure and dedicated cloud for Community Guide systematic review-related activities and that provides on-line technical support, on-line consultation, and training services for twelve (12) months. CDC anticipates award for a period of 12 months, with four 12-month option periods. Please see the Sole Source Justification and Statement of Work attached for additional details. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responses received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
