OCC – Renovations to Coyne Hall

Project No. ONGOV-121-26 titled Renovations to Coyne Hall. G. M. Crisalli & Associates, Inc. is seeking subcontractor and vendor bids for OCC – Renovations to Coyne Hall project. Scope of Work: Project consists of 30,000 Square Feet of renovation work, first and second floor areas of the building at Coyne Hall. The renovation work is a level two alteration, construction type IIB, E-Educational Group, includes but not limited to reconfiguration of mechanical systems, new and refurbished finishes, new doors, new exterior window lights, electrical and fire protection improvements and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 360 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined free of charge at the campus and at the following locations. We highly encourage MBE/WBE/SDVOB companies to participate in this project.
